- Today the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs brings together Chefs, Hotel Owners, Managers, non Professional Members from all over the World who appreciate and enjoy Wine and Fine Dining
- Back in 1248, 2 Crossing turning Spits, 4 Larding needles set on fire represented the ‘ Goose Roasters’ Logo
- In 1950 the actual Logo was created by adding 2 Chains
( 1 for the Professional Members, and 1 for the non Professional Members )
